I didn't like the intrusive questionnaire that had to be filled out before checking in, it was like a visa form asking for passport number, location and date of issue, and all sorts of other questions. To fill it out, one had to go onto a cumbersome website, which didn't work from the remote location where I was staying before checking in at this place. The place itself is relatively basic, but has the essentials. Upon arriving, the hot water and heating did not work, and was fixed the next day. There was no starter kit of coffee and coffee filters, which I consider standard at AirBnBs I would have liked a power outlet near the table, to be able to plug in my laptop. I had to string the power supply's cable across the room. On the positive side, the room was quiet and had a nice view. With windows open, there is some road noise, especially around rush hour. At this time of year, that was not a problem. Checkout instructions didn't sound friendly, 10 am time is earlier than usual.

Das Appartement war sehr sauber, der Gastgeber war super freundlich und das Bad ist sehr neu und modern. Parkmöglichkeiten waren zum Teil etwas schwierig, aber in der Regel hat man immer einen Parkplatz gefunden.
