This villa above Alcudia was absolutely beautiful. The view from the patio, the pool, and the kitchen are all so amazing that you won’t want to leave the house. The house itself is a beautiful traditional home with exposed beams and tiled floor. We spent most of our nights cooking in the rustic kitchen and grilling over the outdoor fire. The bathroom is large with two rain showers and a beautiful window onto the property. It was also a very short drive (12 minutes) to the beautiful town of Alcudia and the grocery store, beach, and restaurants. It’s about a 50 min drive from Soller and a 35 minute drive from Palma. We had a rental car so this was perfect to day trip to these different cities. We had some issues with the front gate and with hot water but BeBreeze was responsive to our calls and messages. Two warnings: first, this villa is on top of a large hill with a very narrow road so you’ll need a brave driver. Second, there is a cat on the property so be careful if you’re allergic.

Die Finca ist sehr schön gelegen, Alcudia und auch die Strände drumherum sind schnell zu erreichen wenn man ein Auto hat. Man hat tolle Sitzgelegenheiten und eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat bei unserem Aufenthalt auch sehr gut geklappt. Der Pool war auch super. Uns die Unterkunft sehr gefallen und wir würden diese auf jeden Fall wieder besuchen.

Leider entsprach die Inneneinrichtung nicht den Fotos, was eine gewisse Enttäuschung mit sich brachte. Die Energieversorgung basierte auf einer Photovoltaikanlage in Verbindung mit Batterien. Wenn man zu viel Energie brauchte wurde der Dieselgenerator auf dem benachbarten Grundstück aktiviert welcher lärm machte. Die Anfahrt zur Finca über die schmale Straße gestaltete sich zwar etwas herausfordernd, war aber machbar. Besonders die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war problematisch: Telefonisch waren sie nicht erreichbar. Die Umgebung war kaum Grün, es wäre eine Bewässerung angebracht gewesen, um die Umgebung ansprechender zu gestalten. Andere Fincas in der näheren Umgebung zeigten sich hier in einem besseren Zustand. In Anbetracht des Preises nicht bedingungslos empfehlen. Für sechs Übernachtungen zahlten wir 2338 Euro, und bei diese Betrag hätten wir mehr erwartet. Zum Positiven bleibt anzumerken, dass der Pool in einem akzeptablen Zustand war.

Beautiful location, but very out the way for taxis to find no house name on villa. Not lit up enough for safety precautions, foul smell of drains coming from the bathroom didn’t feel clean, had to bleach myself when we got in. Views amazing , privacy amazing, although I found it a little scary wouldn’t feel safe sleeping there without a man! We had a power cut because we had two fans on plus washing machine which was inconvenient but came on within 6 hours (thank god it was day time) water was very salty so when showering didn’t feel so clean. Air-con could really do with coming on as an when we needed, every stuffy within the villa (was on timer) for the amount of land privacy we had for 7 days the price was good if staying there in a big group. Pool was lovely we loved jumping in once getting back from a hot bike ride from town. The island is nice enough but very expensive, worry booking a boat trip 😊
