Situated on the ground floor of a boutique building, this unique home is split over two levels, with private courtyard gardens and light filled living areas. The upper comprises of a combined kitchen, dinning and lounge areas with a north facing courtyard accessed via a fully retractable bi-fold door. The lower level has two bedrooms and two bathrooms - boasting a second larger courtyard (accessed by either bedroom) offering an outdoor lounge and garden. The second bedroom flexibly offers the choice of one king size bed OR two long single beds. This generously sized apartment accommodates four adults comfortably and has hosted couples, families or groups of friends. Thank you so much Mischa for being so accommodating with our last minute booking! We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home. It was so bright and full of sun light, extremely clean and comfy and very homely. It made our time in Paddington so perfect.
Enjoyed my stay here, was a well appointed flat that had all we needed to be comfortable. Mischa was a great host and very responsive. Such a beautiful home, wish I could stay longer.
It is a beautiful space, with all the upscale features and hidden minimalism one could want. The gardens next door are lovely... the apartment is only a hop skip and jump from the beach and the food was lovely. On a Saturday night.... the streets are alive with late dinner conversations and all of the charm of a Mediterranean city. The apartment has all you could ask for if you like to cook or grill and sit outside and enjoy the beautiful weather. Parking was safe for us on bikes.... all in all everything was amazing.
Mischa’s place is a wonderful haven. Having already stayed there once we knew the place was better than the photos. It was a pleasure to return and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment has absolutely everything you need and is well set up for cooking which we enjoyed. When we didn’t feel like looking there were lot of lovely local restaurants to try out. I thorough recommend a stay at Mischa’s and hope to be back one day.
We enjoyed our stay at Mischa's flat immensely, and highly recommend it to others. The location is fantastic (very close to Paddington High Street and local busses, and a short stroll to Paddington Fiveways). The flat is very quiet and peaceful (one cannot hear neighbours and/or street noise - especially so given that the bedrooms are located at the rear of the flat). Mischa also arranged for the use of a visitor car space in the underground garage of the building. Mischa was a pleasure to communicate with, and the check-in went seamlessly. The beds are very comfortable, and from linens to towels, to coffee machines, to televisions, to furniture, to washing machines -- all of a very high quality, making our stay extremely comfortable. Moreover, we made great use of the two outdoor areas for reading, soaking up the Summer sun, and entertaining guests. I highly recommend this flat, if staying in Sydney, and hope it is available for our next visit.

Centennial Parklands
With almost 31 million visitors a year, it's one of Australia's most popular and historic public parklands. Feed the ducks, have a picnic, rent a bike - there's lots to do.

Seven different playground options within walking distance from the apartment including the sheltered Paddington Reservior Gardens.
Multiple buses depart (a one minute walk) directly outside the apartment complex. Routes include 333 (Australia’s highest frequency bus service), 440, 340, and 352. Alternatively its a leisurely 20-30 minute stroll into the city.
