A beautiful property, the outside where you will spend most of your time is wonderfully landscaped. The kitchen facilities are adequate but should be more extensive for a property serving this many guests. There is an expectation to take rubbish out in you car 10 mins to bins on a roadside which is very inconvenient if you have a full house producing lots of rubbish. To be fair we provided this feedback and it was taken care of free of charge but I suggest making clear that this is an expectation when booking. The inside of the property smells damp and I think this could be taken care of with incense. Overall I do believe this property is worth staying at, the surrounding area has fantastic food and lots to visit. We enjoyed our stay and the critical feedback should be taken lightly and to help the host make the property even more lovely to stay in.

Es ist eine wunderschöne Unterkunft. Wir hatten jedoch das Gefühl, dass schon länger niemand mehr da war. Wir hätten es begrüsst wenn der Pool sauberer gewesen wäre und die Düsen von Beginn an funtkioniert hätten. Zudem wäre es toll gewesen, hätte man die Schirme bereits vorab mal geöffnet und die Wespennester entfernt. Es dauerte nach unserer Reklamation jeweils zu lange, bis die Mängel behoben wurden (wifi, Poolreinigung,Insektenvernichtung). Alles in allem genossen wir den Aufenthalt jedoch sehr.

Great house and property. Excellent location to visit central and south Puglia (Ostuni, Alberobello, Lecce, Otranto, Monopoli, Gallipoli, Matera, Martina Franca, etc.). Very quiet and rural location, surrounded by olive trees. Be aware that the house has four independent and not connected accesses/doors. Great for multiple families/couples. Kitchen decently equipped although it misses good knives especially a chefs knife.
