King size beds + super king size sofa bed Full sun arc from sunrise to sunset. Designer decorated. High end luxury finish. 65” TV with Netflix. Brand new furniture. Kitchen is equipped with at least 6 types of coffee, tea, white and brown sugar, vegetable oil and extra virgin oil, soya sauce, vinegar, 12 types of spices. Can accommodate 7 on request. The fourth bed is a single extendable sofa bed available on request at the time of booking. The 8th option is for a child. The sofa can accommodate three young children and also there is a travel cot for a child under 15 kg, available on request. For our little guests we also have a high chair, a royal toilet seat and a step ladder, available on request at the time of booking. And toys for all ages from Montessori toys for infants to fun family board games.

Sylvia is an incredible host who made us feel like friends or family in the best conditions. She answers very quickly at every questions that we had and even more. The flat has an incredible decoration, it's a safe place where we can feel like at home with more than everything we can need. Wonderful encounter with someone who is really welcoming and friendly, in a place that was perfect for our travel and each person of our group. If we had to do it again we would and when we'll visit London again we'll come back to one of her flat.

Silvia's place is fantastic. Her flat was super clean and modern. We loved staying there. Silvia is a great communicator and very helpful with local recommendations and answering any questions you have. She also went out of her way by allowing us to drop off our luggage before it was time to check in. The flat's location is right at the tube's Woolwich Arsenal station making it very convenient to get to/from the London city center on the Elizabeth line. **Unless this has been corrected, this flat is NOT located at the pin location showing on the Airbnb map. It is about a 30 minute train ride east.**. The flat is great, Silvia is a fantastic host, and the value is amazing. We would definitely stay here again when we return.

This was one of my best Airbnb stays. I loved the place, peaceful yet close to town, few stations around to choose from, nearby supermarket, lovely area close to everything. The host is so nice, helped me with my suitcases to the station even. Thank you for the welcome gift and the great recommendations. 11/10 👍

Stunning place. New favourite! My stay couldn’t be more perfect, easy check in, amazing flat, perfectly done with all I needed, perfect location for commute and exploring London. Welcome to the “one of the best places to live in 2023” (Sunday Times) - Royal Arsenal Riverside (RAR) development.
RAR is a beautiful development by the Thames. Enjoy a walk by the river , watch the colourful fountain at 9pm onwards (times differ in the summer), go back in time by reading about the history of the place, including the birth place of Arsenal football club and see the preserved Grade 2 listed buildings around, finish with a drink in the historical Dial Arch pub or you can even visit a theatre/music performance in the Woolwich Works on site. Finish with a sunset view by the river or from the comfort of the balcony.
