We spent 2 nights at this very vintage feel Airstream. The weather was on and off rainy for almost our entire stay, so we didn't end up being able to kayak in the cove, try out out the firepit or grill, as it didn't line up with our plans during our time there. But that was okay, the Airsteam is super cozy and we had a blast watching the random assortment of DVDs provided. We have stayed in previous Airstream Airbnb's so we were used to the way the space is laid out. The kitchen was very well equipped with spices, pots and pans, and utensils to make your own meals, which we were able to do. There are plants and cute decor that make the space really nice, and even the pitter patter of the rain on the aluminum was relaxing to us. We were able to have our morning coffee on the deck by the water and watch the various birds come into the cove. We also watched a sunset from the deck on the first night we got there and it was beautiful, a little bit buggy, but Laurel provided bug sprays and a citronella candle which helped a lot. The bedroom area is in the back and the bed could be firm for some, but we prefer it that way. The weather was moderately cool while were there so we didn't have to turn on the AC, we just left the windows open for a nice breeze. The location of the Airstream on the property is very set back from the main house so it feels totally private and we did not see Laurel or her family during our entire stay. It is also extremely quiet with just the sounds of nature. There is no Wifi, and we had to be outside on the back deck to get any LTE on our phones, but we were able to call and text from inside the camper. It was nice to have the disconnect from constant technology for a few days, but if you needed check emails or do any online work, it might be difficult at this spot. There are many things to do in the area nearby. We spent a full day in Boothbay Harbor on the Puffin cruise (loved it) and exploring the town and having great seafood. I highly recommend stopping at Edgecomb Potters which is only 5 min away from the Airstream if you like pottery, they have great pieces and we ended up buying many things including gifts! Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time here. The airstream is very cool, spacious and set up with what you will need. It was really wonderful to be able to relax on the water after exploring Maine during the day. Following the directions made it very easy to find. Definitely makes for a unique camping stay!
