The host was friendly, called me on the day I booked and I appreciated the gesture. We reached a bit early and they were kind enough to check us in, but the staff didn’t cross check that we booked the whole villa. Upon requesting to check - he acknowledged that it is whole villa and went to clean the first floor. Unfortunately, there were cobwebs on the ceiling and they were falling on the bed. Kitchen utensils were all present for cooking. The road leading to the villa is very very bad. The worst part is WiFi. It was informed to us that the villa has been rented out frequently for Work from Home jobs but the house had dongle with 30gb limit & not WiFi. When we reached, there was no signal and half a day was spent in fixing the internet issue. We missed our work meetings and had to hunt for a WiFi enabled cafe in the city. Once the SIM card was replaced in the dongle, it was working but with minimal speed. So, my recommendation is to book this house only if you want a secluded holiday

Picturesque place and fantastic surroundings. However, major attention to be given to cleanliness and service. This place has potential to be one of the best farm stays in Pondicherry.

Car travel, 25 mins distance from Pondicherry railway station to the location. Google Map shows accurate route. Amazing farm house with a greater spacious private location. * Food facility isn't available which consumes more time to bring food from outside but kitchen utensils are available, * workers are there to clean and take care of other things. * A wide lake present in front of farm house which has very pleasant view * First floor room is amazing with very spacious. *Ground floor rooms are quite small size. * Air conditioner available in all rooms but chillness was quite bad in ground floor rooms * Host is very Frank and nice person to communicate * Overall experience, if you're looking to get out of city for some days, then obviously this location is so so so gooooood!!!!!

The place is just awesome, very peaceful. There's a lake right next to the villa which also happens to be a bird sanctuary. The place is very well thought and laid out. The host was always in contact and was just a phone call away to get things done. The caretaker is very kind and always smiling! We were a group of 6, and we enjoyed thoroughly every moments in this house. Definitely recommend this!
