Fantastic views overlooking the sea and the beautiful mountains of the Amalfi coast. The hosts were incredible; the best prepared and most flexible Airbnb stay we’ve had (we’ve been to over a dozen). It was very similar to staying at a top star hotel! The only drawback is the challenge of getting around the Amalfi coast. As you will find, transportation options on the coast are limited to the bus, which is rarely on time and comes in 30 or 60 minute intervals, and the (very) expensive taxis (eg 65-75 euros to get to Ravello from this villa), so be sure to consider that in your planning when staying outside one of the main cities. Although some people chose to rent a car or scooter, driving in Amalfi is very difficult due to the tiny roads. Keep in mind that this location is a 20 minute walk to the closest cities of Minori and Atrani so it is great for people who like to exercise.

Can’t say enough great things about the place and the hosts! If there’s a better view than from their deck in the Amalfi area I’d like to see it! One piece of advice - ask them to have a porter available to haul your luggage up to the villa from the rad - it’s a hike but worth it!

Our stay at House Oliver was nothing short of spectacular! Oliver and Lella are everything you hope hosts to be in a charming Italian seaside village. Any time we wanted reservations, recommendations or anything else, we messaged Lella and she was on top of it with reservations, suggestions - anything you need - within an hour. When our weather didn’t cooperate for Oliver’s larger boat they organized a charter on a smaller boat which was beautiful and a perfect way to experience Amalfi Coast! The location of the villa is not in a town but is easily accessible to Atrani which is a breath of fresh air from the crowds of Amalfi and Positano. We spend a lot of time in Atrani and fell in love with its small village charm. By the time we left we felt like Oliver and Lella were old friends and when we make it back to the Amalfi Coast one day we will absolutely reach out for another unforgettable stay!

Oliver and his wife Lella are amazing hosts. They had genuine concern for our enjoyment and safety. Their generosity of their time and attention to our needs truly helped make this a vacation of a life time for us. Our flight had been severely delayed making our arrival to House of Oliver very late in the evening. Upon arrival they had plenty of provisions on hand for us to not only prepare our dinner but also breakfast the next morning. We had NO need to do anything but relax and take in the absolutely stunning surroundings. Their home is beautifully decorated, offers crisp and high-end linens. Oliver and Lella gave us first class service and upon our departure .... we felt we have made new friends with two sincerely generous and kind people. If you ever have the opportunity to enjoy the House of Oliver please do not delay. Take advantage of this beautiful place!! Thank you Oliver and Lella! Johnny and Crystal Royal.

The Oliver House was a 5 Star 🌟 experience all the way round and the hosts Oliver and Lella were very helpful and thoughtful. They provided a lot of information when we first booked the house so it could be digested in advance and they arranged transportation for a seamless pickup and drop-off for an extra cost. There are stairs up to the home, so the elderly need to be careful. The hosts welcomed us with cold, refreshing and delicious lemonade followed by a tour of their house and helpful suggestions. The place was well kept, clean, stocked with basic groceries and kitchen including eggs, milk, bread and coffee (all complimentry). For those who drink, beer and wine was available at an extra charge. The place was cleaned, laundry done for free and sheets/towels changed midway through our 5-day stay. The ACs, hot water, gas stove worked well. L The views of the Amalfi coast and Tyrrhenian Sea were just incredible. Conveniently located on the bus line close to all attractions.
