Chalet La Source is a new beautiful boutique chalet with jacuzzi hot tub, in the much sought-after Brevent area. This Chamonix chalet has stunning views overlooking Chamonix and facing Mont Blanc and is set in beautiful quiet surroundings. Chalet La Source has a modern designer kitchen in the open plan living area, which also comprises the dining area with seating for 8 and a cosy sitting area. The large windows on 3 sides give spectacular views of Mont Blanc and the surrounding mountains. The Chamonix chalet also has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms - 3 ensuite shower rooms and one adjacent bathroom with bath and overhead shower. Each bedroom has a TV with French channels. Looked after very well by Chamonix All Year
My wife and two kids spent four nights in this lovely chalet. The views over chamonix and through the valley is majestic to say the least. The home is modern but still feels as though it fits into the hillside. All the amenities were top notch and you are less then a 10 min walk to all of your needs. The Chamonix All Year team was very responsive and super helpful. Made our first trip to Chamonix an unforgettable memory.
The chalet is located in a very quiet small neighborhood and a mere 10 minutes walk to town. We are a family of 4 and had plenty of space. We had a small issue with a sink and CAY was very responsive and sent someone right away to fix it. I highly recommend this chalet for a family.
Staff were friendly, responsive and very flexible. I highly recommend Inez and Paola. This is a modern, well situated chalet ideal for two small families or 4 individuals who want their own en-suite bedroom. Max 4-6 adults as the living space is smaller than the photos suggest but it's a nice chalet if you plan to spend a lot of time out and about. The significant use of glass doors/windows allows for a gorgeous viewpoint into the mountains. The hot tub, garage and fireplace made for a fantastic winter rental. The property furnishings need some maintenance. The countertop stools were found unusable in the basement; the rugs stored away. The soft furnishings are a bit worn, and could add seating for adults. Kitchen is solidly equipped, and small garage is well-kitted for winter/ski season. Beds are comfortable; hot hot water! Towels and pillows could be nicer. Neighbors are friendly, and location is close to Brevent lift. To improve value, leave 1-days worth of coffee + laundry powder.
The La Source Chalet was a wonderful place to stay! We loved the house and amenities and the views were breathtaking! The hosts were great and communicated frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. We loved the hot tub and the big kitchen to cook. I definitely recommend staying here and would return!

The Chamonix valley sits at the foot of Mont Blanc in the heart of the French Alps, displaying glaciers and breathtaking views of the snow capped mountains all around. Chamonix valley is ranked one of the top skiing and boarding resorts in the world and while Chamonix is famous for skiing in the winter, you may be surprised to hear that the summer time is just as popular - walking, hiking, rock climbing, paragliding, water rafting, mountain bike trails, even an 18 hole golf course! Not to mention major sports events such as the Mont Blanc Marathon and the Ultra Trail du Mont Blanc.
You can take a path or the main road from the chalet garden in front of Chalet La Source and into Chamonix town, about 5-10 minutes' walk. Here you will find the closest bus stop, small shops and some restaurants. Another 5 minutes on foot takes you right into the heart of Chamonix town centre, for restaurants, bars and supermarkets.
Please note access to the chalet is up a steep hill and in the winter it is strongly advised that you have a good 4x4 car with winter tyres and you may also need to use snow chains too. However if you experience difficulties you can park at the bottom of the hill and walk up to the chalet, which is about 2-3 minutes on foot.
