We had a great time with multiple families here. The host was very helpful. The kitchen is big and well stocked, and we had great meals at the dining room tables. Kids had a lot of fun playing hide and seek in the house. We didn’t get to explore the ranch outdoors due to heavy rain almost the entire weekend in February, so it was a pity. We might want to explore the ranch and the Dam more next time. We went to Mt. Shasta Ski Park for skiing and it was about 1 hour 30 minutes drive from the house. You have to follow the instructions to find the house, the g00gle map just isn’t correct. The host is very accommodating thank you!

Secluded ranch, great time with family and friends. Debbie was very communicative and helped us check-in and settle in. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working the weekend we were there due to some technical issue and Debbie gave us a weeks heads up and gave us the option to cancel. I’d definitely recommend this place for big groups friends/family. We had little kids 3+ years old and they had lots of fun running and biking around the ranch. The pool was great too!
