Manuel,s place is just like the pictures. Beautiful neighborhood. Communication with Manuel is great. He works with your needs. The location is great. Close to many tourist attractions while staying in a nice quiet neighborhood. The great plus you have a nice parking spot with your reservation..

This place is soooo worth it! This was my first extended stay at an airbnb and was worried about not having everything I needed. This place has towels, cutlery, cookingware, and all the cups/plates/bowls you'll need forever. The view off the balcony is AMAZING, the space is stylish and the beds are comfortable (also a futon and trunk bed if needed). Manuel is very helpful and although there was a communication barrier because I don't speak Spanish, google translate was able to remedy that. Little touches like providing laundry detergent, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid were appreciated!! One parking space is provided, the other car will need to be put into valet. The area is very safe, family-oriented and very close to Aventura mall/Target/Whole Foods etc.

We just had a 2 week stay at Manuel’s place in Aventura. Everything was excellent, the place very comfortable close to shops and a short drive to the nice sunny isles beach. Manuel is an excellent host who was very kind in all aspects. We hope to visit again soon.
