Phil's place is just big enough for a short get away. very peaceful with blockout curtains in both bedrooms which helps! was great to have the breaky options & even though he is next door you wouldn't know it. Oh and yes, the home made biscuits are all that!!

Cosy cottage exactly as described. Great location and nice extra touches such as breakfast items in the fridge and very tasty biscuits.

We, a group of two couples, had a delightful long weekend in Berry to attend a wedding and Phil’s place suited our needs. Although not a large space it was clean and cosy and had everything we needed. It was a short drive to the town centre and offered peaceful suburban surrounds. Phil was a lovely host. He and his wife were easy to communicate with, were very accomodating of our need for early arrival and provided a delicious self catered breakfast. We would be excited to stay at Phil’s again on our next trip to Berry.
