Loved our stay at Pippa’s. Stayed over the weekend with my husband and two children (2 under 3). Walking distance to the beach, parks, cafes and restaurants. Particularly enjoyed the balcony views out over the ocean and gardens. A perfect spot to explore Cottesloe

This was my third stay at Pippa's apartment as part of a work assignment in Perth. The apartment block itself is quiet and right next to some public gardens, so you can have the windows and balcony doors open and hear the sounds of nature. Even the occasional wedding in the gardens next door. Pippa has appointed the apartment with quality appliances and nick knacks, all you could need. It is just like being at home. You can watch sunsets from the balcony or walk 150m to the end of the street and you are at the beach. Internet coverage was very good in the unit which was good for work and streaming services on the TV. 10 minute walk the other way and you in the main street of Cottesloe. Great local restaurants, or the Cottesloe Hotel at the end of the street. Train and bus is a 5 minute walk and these can take you into the city in 20 mins. Pippa is a wonderful host who is very responsive to any messages, making my time in Perth very enjoyable.

My husband and I had a two month stay at Pippa’s place, December/ January.. perfect!! It’s got two spacious bedrooms, wardrobes and space for our Daughter to stay 3 weeks over Christmas. Fab location, 4 minutes walk to Cottesloe beach for early morning swim, felt like a local! Well equipped kitchen all very new and clean, large fridge etc; Comfy beds, quality bed linen, towels, face clothes, etc; We couldn’t fault any thing! Beautiful parkland view from the balcony, lots of lovely birds. Just a short flight of easy steps to the front door on 1st floor.. extra Fly door on front door to leave open to allow breeze to flow through apartment.. Amazing breakfast at John St Cafe just 3 mins walk to the left through the little gate.. we had breakfast there most days or a walk to Shore House just along the sea walk.. We met Pippa once and she was lovely, didn’t need to contact her as everything was very organised. Most certainly stay at Pippa’s again,very peaceful, would highly recommend!

Great location and beautiful apartment overlooking the ocean and greenery. Very comfortable beds!
