Welcome to our “Creative Harmonious Casa!” We live in a quiet circle so have little traffic in our safe neighborhood, where everyone knows each other, and very child & pet friendly. We are centrally located, very close to the shopping plaza & restaurants, 12 minutes to downtown & the railyard, and 45 minutes to Santa Fe Ski Basin. We are minutes walk to Meow Wolf and Genoveva Chavez Community Center (recreational facility) and walking paths where you can see wildlife. CITY APPROVED PERMIT Our cute and quiet home nestles on a hill in our friendly and safe neighborhood. “Creative Harmonious Casa" is 1100 sq ft. You will have full access to; off street parking, backyard, an updated kitchen, laundry, 2 bathrooms, heating, 1 queen bed, 1 king bed & full body massage chair, fast speed WiFi throughout home. We are walking distance to many shops and restaurants and close to bus stops. As you enter “Creative Harmonious Casa" you will be greeted by the open-planned kitchen and dining rooms. Each room throughout the home has its own cultural themes, these include; Native American, Australian Aboriginal, Maori (New Zealand) and Pacific Island (Tonga & Samoan.) The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need. The water from the fridge is filtered. There is also a water dispenser at your disposal. We use a gas stove and the BBQ is outside, if you need. Breakfast is about helping yourself to the coffees and teas available, eggs and bread are available for the first few days of your stay but after that you should provide for yourself. At the corner of Cerrillos Rd & Richards Rd (5 minutes walk) is our local organic grocery - Natural Grocers. The couch in the living room can fold out to a full queen sized bed. There is access to a large screen TV and a DVD collection is available in the bottom draws of the TV cabinet. You also have access to Netflix. The guest room has a queen bed and tv with a book case filled with both books and DVDs. There is closet space and drawers for your use. Adjacent to the guest room is the full bathroom. Shampoo, conditioner, liquid soap, and a hair dryer are provided. The main room has a king bed and full body massage chair. There is also a closet space and drawers for your use. There is a walk in bathroom with shower with shampoo, conditioner, liquid soap and a hair dryer are provided. “Creative Harmonious Casa" can accommodate up to 6 people.
