Our modern, spacious property directly overlooks beautiful Lake Mulwala on the Murray River. With direct access to the lake from our private jetty and local boat ramp just a short walk away. Paradise Waters has accommodated many beautiful area's within the home to make sure your stay is of upmost luxury and comfortable to make your stay with us enjoyable. The modern kitchen located upstairs boast beautiful ambience whilst relaxing with an open plan lounge and views of Mulwala Lake. Lounge has an open fire for those colder days. Each room have their own cooling and heating for 100% comfort, upstairs and downstairs lounge rooms also have cooling and heating. The front verandah welcomes the morning sun with comfortable outdoor setting and hammock, whilst the back decking also over looks the lake is excellent for afternoon drinks or dinner, perfect backyard with outdoor swimming pool with sun lounges, undercover section with outdoor lounges and grass area to play on. The home has 4 bedrooms with the master bedroom upstairs with ensuite and built in robes whilst downstairs has 3 bedrooms all with built in robes and easy access to main bathroom and toilet. Laundry with washing machine, iron board, iron, dyson and cleaning products. The lounge room downstairs has its on separate TV and lounges. Bedding configurations: • Master bedroom – 1 x King bed & ensuite. • Guest bedroom - 2 x single bed if preferred or 1 queen bed • Guest bedroom - 1 x queen bed • Guest bedroom - 1 x queen bed • Sleeps up to 8 very comfortable Guests have access to the entire property. This exclusive private retreat is ideal for family holidays. Parties and functions are not permitted. I’m available at any time during your stay via mobile if you have any queries.

During my short stay at paradise waters I was absolutely blown away with the stay. Sandy was extremely responsive and helpful even allowing me to check in early. The house was in immaculate condition and exceeded my expectations, not to mention how great the location was. Truly wish I was staying there for longer! Will be returning at the first opportunity I get.
Sandy’s place is at an amazing location with great facilities and access to the lake. However, we were 2 families with girls and not happy with the amount of cobwebs and spiders that were all over the house. Spiders and webs being in the the kitchen with the chopping boards, in the downstairs bedroom in the pillows/sheets, in the single bedrooms where our teenage girls slept, bathrooms, ceiling fans, some furniture, and windows and window sills. Expected the inside to be cobweb and spider free the for the price we paid!
We had a great stay at Moylan's place. We had a big family group staying for my brother's wedding and the house was great to spend time together but also have privacy and solitude. RIght on the lake which us absolutely stunning especiallu for a sunrise walk or to watch the sunset from the balcony. And of course the pool was fab, especially as it was nearly 40 when we visited.
We had a lovely stay, would absolutely look at booking her place again!! Kids and parents really enjoyed themselves !! Sunsets spectacular !!
Amazing property for a large family, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Jetty for boat at the front and pool at the back of property which was so private. Stunning views on every balcony, had a beautiful time, would rebook!
