Such a lovely place to stay, so beautiful and welcoming! Shay and Robert's thoughtfulness is clear in the little details of this place. I appreciated the communication and warm welcome, as well as the privacy after that. The location is very walkable and bikes, scooters and rideshares are easy to get when needed! For those who are taller, please be aware that the sink and shower are on the shorter side.
We had a lovey stay. Location was ideal for us. Hosts were kind and obliging. Place was spotless and bed was super comfortable. What I did not understand from the listing before I booked was that this is a room in someone's home. The location in the home is relatively private. You enter the home into the hosts living room and head up a staircase to your bed/bath suite. It ended up working for us as we did not spend much time at the place. But it was not what I was expecting.
We cannot say enough enthusiastic things about Sharon & Robert’s place! Super location, comfortable bed, pillows, linens, thick fluffy towels. Such warm and welcoming hosts who were *super* responsive and helpful. Definitely making this our go-to place for all future trips to Chicago!
The space was amazing and right across the street from DePaul University, shops, restaurants and lovely streets. Everything was clean and well-appointed. We enjoyed our stay and the ease with which we could find parking and come and go with privacy. Highly recommend!
