Juan‘s place for exceeding my expectations. I was a little apprehensive but after arriving Juan made me feel comfortable about the neighborhood and the location. Showed me around and was very clear on what was there. It is very quiet and comfortable and I enjoyed my stay I highly recommend, Juan‘s place to anyone looking to stay in that area. Five stars.

Juan kindly allowed me to rent for my son who was finishing his last semester at FAU and didn't want to sign a 12-month apartment lease. I can't begin to say enough good things about Juan and Glacie. They were friendly and kind and immediately made us feel like family. They looked out for my son and treated him as if he were their own son. Would highly recommend them.

I was very satisfied with my stay at Juan´s place. Everything was clean, and convenient but above all what I liked the best since I am a light sleeper is the fact that it was a very peaceful house I had no problems sleeping. Juan was very friendly and helpful and showed me the way around the neighbourhood. His instructions were very clear and it was very easy to follow. All in all, I have to say that I did thoroughly enjoy my stay at Juan´s house and would highly recommend it to anyone. Regards, Patricio

Juan and his wife are exceptional people and first class hosts! The residence was exactly as listed. The room is spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Juan provided me with a variety of tropical fruits, including coconut milk; all of which were delicious...he definitely goes the extra mile! I really enjoyed my stay and would return again.
