Ana was very responsive and friendly! The house was absolutely beautiful and the jacuzzi actually worked! I have been to multiple homes where the jacuzzi does not get hot. All of the beds were very comfortable and spacious

The property was conveniently near Gatlinburg, but far enough out to feel that you were away from the bustle and in a peaceful mountain setting. The host's instructions made it easy to find, too. We encountered a few issues during our stay, ants in one shower, another leaking into the ceiling below. The host was extremely responsive in dispatching an exterminator and handyman. But for most of our trip we did not have the full number of bathrooms available to us while the issues were resolved. Aside from that we had ample space for our party of 9. There were a good number of dead bugs throughout from a prior exterminator visit, and there were a few other maintenance issues we ran into, but Ana was responsive to our needs.

This Cabin was beautiful! Situated in the mountains, the views were everything. First floor bedroom was a plus!

The cabin was beautiful. When we arrived we noted some lack of cleaning and let owner know. It is a bit of a drive to get into Gatlinburg but in beautiful country. Roads are pretty narrow and we were thankful weather was generally good overall while we were there. Only showers in all three bathroom-this was tough with little ones but we managed. Plenty of dishes and kitchen tools to cook with- we appreciated that- we love to cook. cons-lack of proper cleaning, especially in top and basement as we discovered (when charging a cleaning fee you need to make sure it is done well or compensate accordingly) pro-lots towels, space, extra pillows and cooking needs were met. overall 4/5 - if you are looking for a place that doesn't have twin beds-this is your place. We loved this about it. The theater room was a nice place for the kids to hang in evenings.
