Nice host, great appartment with alot of space. Clean. Beautifull environment. Mountains nearby. Good price. One thing that needs improvement: the house was advertised with Wi-fi. Unfortunately the Wi-fi signal is very weak so if available at all, the data stream is very instable and keeps disappearing. So don't count on having much Wi-fi signal.

The place is clean and very well located for a ski trip on the zilertal valley. The check-in was easy and family of owner lived above us. We had trouble with the heating, asked for adjustment 2 times and it was improved in one room, but remained cold in the 2 rooms in the back, we felt stupid to ask again and again so gave up. We were dissapointed that the apartmant was missing all the small stuff you need in a week vacation and costs the host few cents per stay to provide, like soap, dish sponge, salt and pepper, a spoon of sugar (you won’t use more unless you are baking maybe) and so on. I understand the missing of some extra stuff like hair dryer or having towels only for additional cost, but these things are for sure left by others after their stay if you don’t have time to buy or so, nobody needs 1L of oil or 1kg of sugar for a week stay. The worst part is that most people arrive Saturday evening and most shops are closed on Saturdays, so have fun finding all these basic things. We are travelling for skiing vacation in Austria for more than 5 years now and never came across such lack. I am sure the host would have provided a spoon of sugar if asked and other stuff, but it is not so nice to bother them all the time and it is such a small improvment.
