A++ Rented a room while doing school, a very relaxing place to stay. Friendly pets too.

Daniel has three rooms that he opens to guests. A basement room and two upstairs bedrooms. His house is elegant but comfortable. Everywhere is kept organized and clean. He has two pets, a dog named Sam and a cat named Max and they were both great to newcomers. There were large closets in the bedrooms, and he delineated space in both the refrigerator and the pantry so that everyone would have space. He shares all of his kitchen wares and has a large and varied spice pantry that he was most willing to share. A grill and a smoker on the gorgeous patio, and a groomed and appointed back yard space. Personally I enjoyed his taste in house and yard decor. Every space was inviting and enjoyable. I would look to stay here again if my travels take me through Colorado.

Great host and loved the backyard. Sam and Max were great buddies. Great kitchen and plenty of everything you need.

Daniel is such an amazing and genuine person :) he made me feel at home especially with me being new to Colorado! He has a beautiful home in such a wonderful and safe location! I definitely recommend booking with him :)
