Been to Seafront Estate many times before n this place is fantastic for families. Not far from Perth. Not many places to eat but the Estate has BBQ's. House was fully equipped, all comforts of home. We shall be back for sure.

The unit was clean & tidy with enough furnishings to be comfortable without being cluttered. Great location and amenities for a family holiday. Great estate for multiple families holidaying together.

All good. A bit convoluted getting in but instructions were accurate. No stove (six of us with kids so we cooked) or wifi - both posted but pretty normal these days I would have thought. A couple of little things like ill fitting toilet seats, one of the single beds was missing two legs (fixed with paint can!). Second set of keys would be handy (or door locks with the ability to lock as you go out without key) as you need keys to lock door from outside and inside and to get car in/out of the complex. But great location, two minutes to the beach, clean and good space for the six of us. Complex seems well maintained.

Great location and space for families. Helpful to have washing machine - drier not used as able to use clothes line but drier looked very old. Clothes horse would be helpful as alternative. Only basic content provided. For such expensive price - not peak season would be great to include paper towel and basic cooking items such as oil, salt/pepper. Lots of rules around cleaning and tidying up without providing supplies for this. Limited surfaces to put toiletries etc in bathrooms including no shelf in showers to put toiletries. Overall nice stay

Good location, next to beach, jetty and kids playground. Swimming pool in the backyard is the highlight. Lovely place and great stay we had.
