Excellent host, very responsive and helpful. They even gave us a spot to leave our baggages as we stroll around Lisboa and wait for our check in. As for location, its ideal for tourists because it is near Tram 28 line. The only problem we had was carrying our luggage to the 3rd floor as there were no elevators around. Overall, its a great place to stay. Recommended!

The property we received was not the property we booked. We booked a 2 bedroom and received a 1 bedroom. It appears the photos used for the listing are from multiple units run by the manager. The ladder to the loft is unsecured and it twisted on me while investigating the loft - nearly causing me to fall. It would be fine for a safety conscious adult, but definitely not for children. With that said, he didn’t anticipate us using the loft in the first place. The host was responsive when I told him it was not a 2 bedroom apartment like we had booked. He offered to move us to a different unit, but our children were already asleep. He was amenable to giving us a partial refund for the error that was made. The coffee supplied is instant coffee, and there was not a coffee machine, French press, or Nestle cup machine like every other accommodation we have stayed. The kitchenette is very small, so I was glad we didn’t attempt to cook a meal. Otherwise, it was a quiet night’s sleep.

Cogimos este piso para 5 personas, dos noches. La llegada fue flexible ya que llegamos tarde, de noche, Jorge nos dio instrucciones claras y fue muy atento. El piso está cerca de todo y es fácil de acceso. Gracias!

nice, simple spot close to everything. We were able to step out into the street and explore Lisbon.
