Cute place close to restaurants and the beach. Lovely little fenced front yard. The decor and furniture/beds were just ok. Most everything for us personally was uncomfortable (brick hard sofa and king bed). When at a beach house we love comfy sofas and beds and this place didn't provide that. Curtains could be laundered and windows washed. The host is responsive but communication was rocky. Someone was in the driveway working on the house at our check in time. They left quickly thankfully after texting host. And they came back and ENTERED the house well after we checked in and woke up my husband while I was out. This was not ok. The host did apologize and gave us a $25 credit for the inconvenience. Thankfully we weren't traveling with our grandkids because that would have been a deal breaker. On check out day the plumber came before check out. time and the host asked if we'd left yet. Honestly for a 24 hour stay we had too much interaction that was unnecessary. We won't be back.

The Guest House was a wonderful place to stay! It was very homey and comfortable. It was a perfect place to relax after beach walks. The location was great! It was super close to the beach as described. In the evenings, I was able to hear the waves. My favorite coffee shop was just a few doors down. It was also a nice walk away from the shopping center. I would definitely stay here again!

Cindy’s place suited our needs perfectly. Easy walk to the beach and our favorite coffee shop Sleepy Monk. We had a really nice time. We’ll definitely keep this place in mind for the future.
