Beautiful house overall. But host wasn’t upfront about having other tenant in the house. We suppose to be renting the whole house for our privacy and security and are not expecting to find out later on they are other people in the house. There are also insufficient showers, 3 showers in the house for 8 rooms.

The place is beautiful and has an unique atmosphere and is perfect for a bigger group. Despite being an old building the place is also very clean and all the bedrooms have very comfortable queen to king size beds. Most of the rooms have furniture such as table, big mirrors, chairs and even sofas meaining that they are private and comfortable enough to get yourself ready before joining others downstairs. The hosts are also flexible, kind and quick to answer any questions during the stay. Our stay in mechelen could not have been any better. However if your planning to stay here I would recommend to get the whole place to yourself to get the most out of it. Afterall its not everyday you get to live in a 3 floor apartment where you can record a 5min virtual tour video to your friends haha !

A fantastic host, nothing was too much trouble. Even going to the extra effort’s and making sure there was breakfast and beers for our guests. A lovely touch Would stay again
