The shower head and bathroom faucet need replacement. Ladies with long hair would have a hard time rinsing shampoo out under this shower. Couldn't get the TV in the bedroom to work. Otherwise all was as advertised and we had an enjoyable stay, Thank you.

Serene’s place was perfect for our family of four. We loved the pool and views of the harbor; her apartment was clean and nicely furnished to sleep four. The kitchen was well equipped and we loved having coffee on the patio each morning. The gym, playground and nice, walkable grounds were safe and clean. We explored a bit in the neighborhood-enjoyed the private beach and walked to the Houseboat (delicious lobster on an actual boat anchored just off shore, requiring a little raft to get you to the restaurant) and the Marina Palms/ yacht club for deep sea fishing and dinner. Everywhere else required a car, but her driver Ferly was fantastic and helped us get around, including grocery shopping, and recommended excursions. We also had Chef Aaliyah cook our deep sea catch along with some local favorites. Serene’s place is in a really nice section of Montego Bay, close to the Secrets resorts. Serene was super responsive, and even got us in touch with the most amazing Thai food for delivery.

Serene was great to deal with, our flight was 7 hours late so we arrived in the middle of the night. Serene had left some snacks and cold beer in the fridge, very thoughtful. The driver that Serene arranged to pick us up was excellent. He was such a welcome sight at 3.45 am when he picked us up. Ferly became our driver and friend for the rest of the week. The condo complex was great and very secure, it was a little quiet for us. We still had a good time.
