Joe & Amy were super responsive, very friendly, and so hospitable. They made us feel like we had a little slice of heaven Upstate just for us. They answered any and all questions, helped us with the hot tub, and gave us an awesome recommendation for a trip/hike in the area. The house was so cute and spacious. If we could give 6 stars we would! Highly recommend for a getaway from the city life.

It's my 4th time here and it won't be my last! We love this place. It's so peaceful and green. My kids love the swing, the outdoors, the chicken coop and of course the eggs. Joe and Amy are so personable. We can't wait to come back!

my boyfriend and I had an incredible stay with Joe and Amy! the place/land itself was amazing. so much to explore, a perfect tiny house with a hot tub, chickens, and such nice hosts. the surrounding area had so much to offer, too. Joe gave us some great recommendations for sights and we found some great places to eat and get food to grill. we will definitely be going back. thank you both so much!!! :)

My husband, pup and myself enjoyed a weekend at this sunny and thoughtfully equipped home. The home smelled perfectly clean with a hint of pine and no pet odors, which is impressive when pets are allowed. It is apparent that Joe is hospitable as there were many thoughtful touches you don’t always find in rentals—mini flashlights to safely head downstairs in the dark, a fresh filter placed in the coffee pot, a tv remote that is easy to use (alleluia!) and tweezers if your dog picks up a tick. I liked the aesthetic of the home; it is original with character throughout, including antiques, as well as rustic decor and fun pops of color. The bedroom is spacious, airy and has high quality sheets. Hiking nearby at Neversink Gorge is just fantastic. The hot tub is great to have after a hike. Joe is kind and responsive. A great Airbnb! This was such a lovely stay, everything was wonderful. Joe and Amy were responsive and attentive and even though the cabin was pretty close to their house we never felt like we were in their space or they in ours. The property was huge with loads to do, the chickens were sweet and the hot tub was delightful.
