Douglas, we loved your place! Its location provided us with instant access to both the beach and the pool and we took full advantage of both. This was our 3rd time staying at this place and definetely one of our favorites at Palmas!!! Great location, clean and equipped with about anything you might need.

Palmas is a very nice place consisting of quite a few gated communities ranging from condos to villas along with 2 golf courses, a Wyndham hotel, restaurants , food market and little boutiques. Everyone both working and living are very friendly too. The condo we stayed at was very close to the beach along with a pool. Douglas was wonderful, from directions to Palmas to where to get a bite to eat. We look forward to our next visit.

I was very disappointed. The place was dirty. The bedsheets looked like they were changed. The pillows had stains . The sheets had stains and hair. The bathrooms was moldy and the toilet was broken. Water came through every time you flushed. The kitchen had roaches on the counter and especially the cabinets. This place needs to be renovated.
