The road uphill is narrow with sharp bends at some points. Great place to experience kampung lifestyle as a retreat with minimal telco connectivity but guest can opt to pay for wifi at a fee. The premium paid for the stay is mostly for the exclusivity, privacy and serendipity of the area. Best to search the place using Google maps and the host (& dogs) will welcome u right at the door steps. Expect some mosquitoes, bugs or lizards there as part of the experience so repellent is highly recommended. The kitchen area and some personal glasswares are off limits but there are oven and kettle for basic food prep. Room is complete with basic furnitures and running hot water. Host also informed of minor renovations ongoing which is good sign of maintenance. 20 mins short drive away can get Chinese food at the edge of Seremban town.

This is a stunning location , very special experience of the jungle life . Accommodation was exactly as described Nikt &Suze were great hosts and ensured we had everything we needed and were at hand if needed yet without being intrusive of our space . We only stayed 1 night yet regretted it wasn’t more as you really need a few days to fully appreciate the tranquility of this very special place . Jungle noises are just everywhere yet so fascinating and relaxing it’s a natural mediation . I am really lost for words to how special this retreat really is other than to say you must try it or you will truly miss out on a great life experience !!

We bookmarked the place 2 years back and we had the opportunity to finally book a night in the Boomerang room. We arrived when it started raining and despite the downpour, we enjoyed seeing the cloudy mist moved through the mountains in front of our eyes while the rain trickled down the lush trees surrounding the place. Such a tranquil sanctuary for nature lovers beckoning you to slow down and rest. Suze & Nikt were the easily the best host we’ve had in Airbnb (together with their cat & dogs) and we loved how they put so much heart and soul into Spyder Hill. We brought self heating food packs or you can also Grabfood to the Airbnb so you can enjoy the place at your own pace and without needing to leave.

Suze and Nikt were extremely friendly and hospitable. It felt more like visiting a friend’s house with an amazingly beautiful view. Cheeto the cat was also very friendly. Food recommendations from Suze were all a hit. We’ll definitely visit again!! 😀

Warm welcome from the host Nik and Suze. Prior to checking in, detailed information on how to get to the stay was shared thus making it easy for us to navigate our way there. An hour drive from KL,check in was easy and fast. The stay was in the middle of the forest yet the accommodation is very well maintained and sparkling clean. We had a very good stay, managed to get deep sleep and it was refreshing on the next morning. Looking forward to come by again in the future.
