Patricia was a great communicator from start to finish. She messaged us to check in on our arrival times and made sure we were able to find her place without any issues. She also provides free shuttle to/from the airport which would be great for someone who needs a ride. She was very welcoming and gave us plenty of suggestions of places to go and things to eat. She even provided coffee and sandwiches on the night I arrived since I didn't have time to pick up dinner!
