wouldn't stay here again. Location and garden are nice and the proximity to the beach was great. the pictures are professionally taken and not what it really looks like, furniture and decoration are dated, the place was not properly cleaned e.g. dirty tub, sheets and plates, lots of mosquitos as well due to the lack of an AC. Beds were really uncomfortable as well Also, for the check-in one has to go to the agency office in Alcudia, which is not mentioned on the listing, to get some not really needed information that could be an email and to pay tax and deposit ( which is then returned by the owner after the stay)

This house is great, spacious, green, great cooking commodities and just a little stroll to the Beach. The professional guidance of the books my agency has been great and smooth with a great link to the charter service airport pickup. Thanks also to the owners who addressed a empty gas bottle within a hour and made us feel welcome in their home. Thanks again, Jip.

We had a very nice stay at the Bennassar residence. The place looks exactly like in the photo descriptions. It is a quiet neighborhood and in 200 meters walk - the see. The garden and the work arts make it special. The amenities war all functional. The only inconvenience was that between the rooms the phonic isolation is weak, but I would still recommend it!

Das Künstlerhaus ist sehr schön und entspricht genau den Bildern in der Beschreibung. Viele schöne Bilder und ein interessant gestalteter Garten sorgen für eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig. Ideal zum Entspannen, Wandern, Radfahren, baden.... Zu den schönen Stränden sind es nur wenige Geh-Minuten. Zum Haus ist zu sagen, dass es über keine Heizung verfügt. Wir waren Anfang April hier und es war wirklich sehr kalt im Haus. Also in der Vorsaison dringend nach Heizung fragen! Die benötigten Reinigungsmittel sind selbst zu beschaffen (Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine). Auch Toilettenpapier war nur eine Rolle vor Ort. Der Besitzer Toni ist sehr nett, nur leider war die Verständigung schwierig. Wir sprechen kein Spanisch und Toni kaum Englisch.
