Magnificent location and tremendous space. The view towards the escarpment is to die for! We had overcast weather most of our stay and it was a lovely space for indoor activities etc. for a group of 2-3 adults and 3-6 older kids (numbers varied during our stay) Capable of housing 8 as advertised but note the bedding is more set up for couples... we found 6 a perfect number when all amenities taken into account. Some maintenance issues make me want to give it a 4.7 rather than a 5 out of 5, but it really is a lovely house. My feeling is that if all the niggles were ironed out it would definitely be worth the asking rate. We had a lovely 7 day holiday there in very average weather, which says a lot about how nice it was to stay there.

This is a very over rated property. The owners are not maintaining it to the standards of a 5 Star accommodation. It is very risky to be in a house where there is no pest management. House with spiders and cockroaches.

This is a stylish place, but also very comfortable and user friendly. All the amenities you could need are in the house and thoughtful touches made it feel homely for the length of our stay. We comfortably slept 7 in the house with plenty of bedding and towels. My mum loved the nice deep bath. The pool is fantastic, a really good size, a nice temperature and comfy surroundings, we used it every day. The location was perfect for us because it was close to family, but it is walking distance to the beach (and shops), the Minnamurra river (and cafe) and the golf club, which is welcoming and serves nice food and drinks, so this would be ideal for anyone. (I still wouldn't want to be there for too long without a car.) I'm just sorry we had to leave.

A fabulous house with stunning postcard views of the Minnumurra river and within walking distance to the beach. We stayed for 8 nights with our family of 7 - plenty of room for all of us. Kids loved the pool and enjoyed it night and day. Great communication with the host - any questions we had were answered promptly. Thanks Andrew and Kate for letting us stay in your lovely home.
