Joaos place was very beautiful, and exceeded my expectations in terms of beautiful paintings and decor throughout the place. The host that met me was a lovely student from Brazil who really was sweet, always helped with questions and also let me check out late. There's only small recommendations the rooms have no garbage can, no mirror, there is no fridge in the kitchen. and I received no towels . There was one bathroom for many people - which I hadn't fully understood. They are beautiful rooms and a beautiful venue but it's near the town clock so be prepared to hear the bells rings . There was no wifi in the rooms. With an extra bathroom and a few small finishes this place could really go from a nice student type place to actually a proper full scale B&B
