Had a lovely week at the cottage, it had everything we needed and more. Our dog loved the garden and we spent several hours sitting by the river watching the birds. A real retreat.

We wanted to stay somewhere between Bristol and Bath and this was the perfect spot. It's in the countryside, so very peaceful, but not too far from the action if you want it. The cottage was warm and homely with everything we needed, and Sally was the perfect host, making suggestions for where to go when we asked. We didn't want to leave! We wouldn't hesitate to stay again or recommend to others.

Quiet, clean, comfortable and cosy little cottage. Slightly slippery wooden stairs. Plesently warm, homey felling and safe. Lovely views and lovely garden. A bit hard to find it in the dark but hosts kindly left the lights on for us to make it easier. Would recommend it.

What a beautiful cottage, what lovely hosts! Had a great dog-friendly break in this perfect little stone cottage in its chocolate-box village setting while visiting my daughter in nearby Bristol. Quiet, dark nights for fantastic sleeping. Lots of dogwalks - and dog-friendly pubs - all around. I’ll be back!
