The property has absolute frontage to deserted Shelley Beach with a backdrop of lush green rolling hills. How is the property laid out? Penzance is a double storey, four bedroom beach home. Upstairs there is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen and dining area which has seating for eight and adjoins the comfortable lounge area that flows out to the expansive deck overlooking the ocean. Also on this level is the main king bedroom, with ensuite and walk in robe, and the main bathroom with shower, bath, vanity and separate toilet. Downstairs is a sunroom with TV/DVD player and three more bedrooms - one queen, and two twin rooms with single beds and one bathroom/laundry with shower, toilet and vanity. Please note - Part of the downstairs area is locked and not for guest use. WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it? Sorry, this property does not provide WiFi. Please make alternative arrangements, or plan to switch off and fully relax during your stay! What about outdoors? The large decks front the ocean on both levels. The top level has an outdoor setting for eight guests. The downstairs deck has a BBQ, outdoor setting and teak settee. Staying warm or keeping cool? Penzance has two electric "log fire" heaters in the main living area and oil heaters in each bedroom. There are ceiling fan in the main living area. What about sheets, towels and other supplies? Pillows, blankets, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel! Parking for cars, boats etc? There is off street, open air parking for four cars on the driveway. Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay? Sorry, this property is not pet friendly. What are the minimum stay rules? - Peak Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property - Easter: 4 nights - Long Weekends: 3 nights - All other times: 2 nights Are there any special Peak Season rules?
