Location,location,location.Close to Lido Beach !5 minute walk to the bay which is beautiful.Also right outside your door are 20 or 30 restaurants.You are close to a 2 movie theaters and Whole Foods are 2 blocks away .The only negative for some people would be the stairs .They did not bother me but might be difficult for some people .

Fantastic location with plenty of live music and great vibes. Very comfortable bed. John is a gracious host. Parking is a huge plus. Note that there are stairs to the unit and we wish we would have known about the additional stairs to the bathroom once inside the unit.

Great apartment. Very clean and well provisioned. Location is the best in the city. Walking distance to restaurants and the bayfront park. We loved our stay. The only caution is, if you don't do stairs well this place is not for you.

Hands down best air bnb I've ever had. John is an amazing host and quick communicator. His home is outfitted with everything you need and some things you probably don't, but if you go looking for them, they will be there. Kettle, vase for flowers, champagne bucket, super glue, tea, coffee, all check! The location couldn't be better. Highly recommend this listing.
