Family-Friendly 3 bedroom, 2 bath house- very close to the beach with beautiful ocean views from the back patio. This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with an open floor plan. The living room, dining room, and kitchen seem to flow into one another. This house is a bit older than others in Las Conchas, but (we hope you'll agree) very charming! Currently, we do not have internet access (we are on a wait list in Las Conchas) but we invite you to UNPLUG and enjoy one another! However, we do have TVs, VCRs, and/or DVD players in all the rooms and living room. We have a pretty huge selection of great DVDs, VHS tapes, books, games, puzzles, and more down there! There is a small foot shower off the front porch which really helps keep sand level in the house low. We are one street up from the beach--about a 30 second walk. We share a fantastic beach access. The Sea of Cortez has a very large tidal variation which allows for sandy beaches and awesome tide pools. In the hallway, you'll find beach chairs, kites, and sand/beach toys to use for your enjoyment. Our home does not have an oven, but we do have a microwave, crock pot, toaster, BBQ, and a 5 burner electric full sized stove top. ****GUESTS: Please be aware and consider that the area of Las Conchas sometimes (temporarily) turns off water to certain sections of the community--more often during the summer months. If this happens, we will always have a delivery truck bring water to the house to fill up the tank so you are not without. You may have to wait a bit for this to happen (however, always same day). If this happens, the foot shower out front will not be available. Again, this sometimes happens especially during the summer months, but generally is not the norm! Due to this, please be aware that water is a PRECIOUS COMMODITY and we ask that you PLEASE be conservative when using!! Thank you!
