The outside area was the best feature of the house. The house was well maintained and the staff was very helpful. I will definitely recommend it to anyone who is visiting Kolhapur. The location was convenient with lots of restaurants.

The host has created a lovely home. I repeat you will have a homely feeling. All the facilities are provided. The loft has everyone one needs. The caretakers are also very attentive. Let it be for cleaning for for any help. They are always quick to respond. There is a dedicated parking space too and the loft is inverter backed up. And the most amazing part is the terrace. One can spend hours there. Both sunrise and sunsets are visible as the terrace is the real winner here. It's so big and we'll maintained. And loved all the lucky charms. The small details in the home were impressive. And most imp the location, everything is just 5 min drive. Let it be railway station or food chains or malls. Just 5 min. I would recommend everyone visiting to Kolhapur to come n stay in the loft. A total 5 star stay.
