It is totally separate from our house, with just an adjoining wall. A completely private and peaceful abode. The laundry is on the private patio under the pergola and there is a separate clothes line for Apartment use only which is out the front of the unit at end of path in front of the loft windows. The Loft is air-conditioned for your comfort, a new separate air-conditioner upstairs in the bedroom has just been added . We have unlimited internet access for those wanting to stay connected whilst unwinding. Bond University is only 3.3kms away, 20 mins walk or about 6 mins drive.
