The apartment with 5 sleeping places has a very high quality equipment, partly barrier-free with very large roof terrace, which invites you to stay. The apartment has a large roof terrace, which is accessible through the kitchen. There is garden furniture (with cushions), umbrellas and an electric grill and clotheslines. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers seating for 5-6 people at the dining table. Next to the kitchen there is a small storage room with microwave, cleaning utensils, storage space, etc. In the apartment there are two bedrooms with two single beds each and a single bedroom with a workstation and Ethernet connection. All bedrooms have a TV. In one of the double bedrooms the beds can be combined to form a double bed. This room also has air conditioning and a dresser with community games for all ages and children's toys. The large roof terrace can also be reached through this room. In the center of the apartment there is a small living room with additional TV. From this room you can reach all rooms including kitchen and bathroom. All rooms have electric shutters. The bathroom has a shower with a fixed shower chair and a shower toilet. If necessary, stand-up aids can be installed. The washing machine and dryer are located in the bathroom. The appliances are covered with a countertop that can also be used as a changing table. The stairs are secured with a child safety roll. A travel cot for children is available.

Unser Aufenthalt war allererste Klasse! das Apartment ist groß, sehr gut ausgestattet mit hochwertigen Möbeln, neuwertigen Geräten und allem was man sonst so braucht. Es war extrem sauber und angenehm, wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Katja hat von Anfang an sehr freundlich mit uns kommuniziert. Unser Aufenthalt hätte nicht besser sein können! Ganz lieben Dank dafür!

Wir waren drei Nächte beruflich in Geilenkirchen und Katja sowie ihre Unterkunft haben uns absolut überzeugt. Der checkin war super flexible und Katja hat uns direkt Tipps fürs beste Restaurant in der Umgebung gegeben. Wir konnten direkt vor der Haustür in der Einfahrt parken. Die Wohnung ist super schön eingerichtet und extrem ruhig gelegen. Wir haben wirklich gut geschlafen. Es gab sogar einen Fernseher mit einem Fire-TV Stick, wo wir gut abends noch was schauen konnten. Das Internet war auch super schnell und stabil. Ich würde auf dem nächsten Businesstrip nach Geilenkirchen direkt wieder bei Katja buchen. Aber auch für einen Familienurlaub würde sich die Wohnung gut eignen. Danke für die schöne Zeit, liebe Katja 🙂

Katja is a kind and careful host. Even if this was her first experience as host she has been also very professional. The apartment has everything you need, it is tidy and clean and it is not far from the city centre. The only negative aspect is that there is no a double bed so you have to put togheter 2 single beds but there is space between left. It is not a big issue anyway. We will be her guest again!

Geilenkirchen has a train station, fifteen Geminuten away, P&R at the Banhhof and bicycle parking. (Direction Aachen/Cologne, Düsseldorf, Netherlands etc.) The nearest freeway connection (A46) is five minutes away by car. The surrounding area is ideal for cycling.
