Appreciated all the extras that Teri provides, like coffee, a small fridge for personal items, snacks, and toiletries. The house is lovely, but located on a busy street across from a transit stop. Got a bit noisy at night. There are also quite a few folks wandering the neighborhood who appear to be under the influence of something. Not sure if they are truly dangerous, but definitely something to be cautious of at night. Big Safeway right across the street for getting necessities.

Great host- very personable and friendly. The house was in the university area and near the park so lots of greenery. Room and entire home was very clean. Plenty of hot water for the shower! I really liked the coffee bar- had snacks and breakfast items.
