Ich hab mich bei Maria wohl gefühlt. Bonus war auch noch, dass kein anderes der insg. 3 Zimmer vermietet war. Ich war also alleine bei Maria. Bin viel zu Fuß unterwegs gewesen oder hab die Tram genutzt (Ausflug z.B. nach Villajoyosa). Mit Maria hab ich mich gut verstanden und wir haben uns immer mal wieder ausgetauscht, zur Not mit Google Translator.

This location is in a neighborhood full of locals and not in one of those beach-side places which is fine if you're in Alicante for sun and sand. If you're more interested in the bigger picture of what Alicante is about, then this quiet and lovely penthouse is a great place to stay. Walking to Castillo de Santa Barbara and into the city center was easy. Lots of places to shop and eat are just outside of Maria-Consuelo's building. The nearby Mercat Municipal de Las Carolines and the Mercat Central d'Alicant were both great for people-watching, shopping, and eating & drinking.

A great stay with a great hostess. María Consuelo was super warm, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I stepped through the door, always making sure I had everything I needed. She even went out of her way to buy a universal adapter for the house when I accidentally forgot mine, which I really appreciated. The room has a desk, storage space, lots of natural sunlight and a nice view overlooking the city. Lots of bus connections just outside the apartment that take you into the city in just a few stops. Beautiful terrace and library. In short, highly recommended! I would come back if I'm ever in Alicante.

Great place to stay. Felt at home staying here specially because Maria was so kind and friendly. She even made me orange juice for breakfast. The view from this penthouse is absolutely amazing. A bit of a walk if you want to go to the city centre but Bus 9 & 6 stop are just opposite the building. Limited number of eateries round the area. Small grocery store is conveniently located just outside the ground floor and Mercadona is just a few minutes walk. Overall, a comfortable and quiet place to stay. I highly recommend it.

Liebe Maria, vielen lieben Dank für die wunderschöne Zeit in Deiner tollen Wohnung 😍 Du bist so eine tolle, herzliche Person, das man sofort das Gefühl hat“nach Hause zu kommen“…Ich bin als Fremde gekommen und als Freundin gegangen…Deine wunderschöne Dachterrasse hat mich sofort geflasht… Maria ist eine einzigartige, wundervolle Gastgeberin…mehr geht nicht! Eine außergewöhnliche Unterkunft in einer perfekten Lage, die Straßenbahn direkt um die Ecke, und in die wunderschöne Altstadt ist es per Bur Nr.9 oder zu Fuß überhaupt kein Problem 😉…und das Beste, direkt im Gebäude von Maria ist das Café Musa…ein tolles Café, Cocktails und verschiedene Snacks lassen keine Wünsche offen… Maria, Danke für die Zeit mit Dir❤️die tollen Gespräche mit Dir…bis ganz bald!!!
