This home is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and big groups. Replaced flooring, trim and paint. two King and two Queen beds. Two Large flat-screen TVs. Quiet neighborhood. Safe. The garage is unavailable. Cozy, fenced backyard. This is a 2000' home dedicated to bnb. Four bedrooms and three baths. Everything is new and or upgraded. We own the "Colonial house" on air bnb around the corner and have very high ratings because we keep things so new and clean

I really enjoyed my stay at Mont’s place. It felt so homey and there was more than enough space for what I needed! I will definitely book another stay there in the future and I would love to look into renting the swimming pool next time! One thing I especially liked about the place is how there were several spaces for people to sit and talk. We had a range of women there and it was nice for the older ladies to chat in one room while the younger ladies were in another room playing silly games on one of the large sectional couches.
Beautiful home! Very comfortable and great place to stay for myself, spouse, son and his family. Home was very clean and check-in/check-out was seamless. Mont's response time to our questions was immediate. Home is in a beautiful neighborhood and area. If we are in the area in the future, we will definitely request to stay here again. Thanks Mont!

Great house for our needs. Our crew has pretty specific and not easy to meet needs. This house met most all of them. Clean, roomy, comfortable and private rooms Relatively modern and a nice, quiet neighborhood. It checked all the boxes we needed checked.
Mont's place was awesome for our family of 5 to stay in Cache Valley for part of our spring break. Plenty of room!

Our neighborhood is flat, family friendly, and very safe. There is a swimming pool behind the house and you will hear swimming pool noises.
Because this home is on the east bench, it is two miles away from public transportation and public transportation is not very consistent in this part of the country.

I am a retired school teacher and contractor. I am happily married and love my family. If I could do anything I would book flights and fly across the world eating at the restaurants the locals visit, then I would fly back home :)
