The Fondaccio is a centuries-old oak wood on Verentana road, between Marta and Montefiascone, from the wood you can reach by foot or by car (2 minutes) Lake Bolsena characterized for its two islands, Martana and Bisentina, for his sand of volcanic origin, and for the enchanting scenery offered to the many countries bordering on it. The house is situated on a hill, surrounded by a park (4 hectares) of oak trees and a forest (80 hectares) all fenced and full of lush vegetation, spontaneous and pure that descends to the Lake of Bolsena. Here nature, for its virtues, his silence and perfumes can create "Magic" atmosphere that make it unique.In the past it was a traditional farmers house, carefully restored using recycled materials, typical of the area, which left retaining the features of the house. Très beau logement ancien et authentique, décoré avec goût. Parfait pour passer un séjour en famille, Giuseppe et très accueillant et réactif. La région est loin des circuits touristiques même en plein mois d'aout. Les commerces sont ouverts, les plages ne sont pas bondées et le lac de Bolsena est au carrefour de 3 régions qui concentrent énormément de choses à voir ou à faire. le WIFI est assez difficile, la proximité de la route donne un léger bruit de fond la journée et de nuits très calmes.

Un bellissimo casale immerso in un bosco per una vacanza in pieno relax in una posizione ottimale per visitare la Tuscia. La casa è grande e comoda perfetta per 8 persone.

Giuseppe è un host molto gentile e disponibile. La proprietà è strepitosa. Basterebbe solo un filo di manutenzione in più e sarebbe imbattibile. La casa è in mezzo al bosco a circa 450m sul livello del mare, il vento termico del lago la rende piacevole. Luogo ideale per famiglie con bambini e gruppi di amici. Finiture rustiche ma apprezzabili. Dintorni strepitosi, il lago di Bolsena è una meraviglia.
