Charming open concept Cape on beautiful Gerrish Island in Kittery Point, Maine features lush gardens, beautifully landscaped private grounds, and easy access to Crescent and Seapoint Beach. House features chef's kitchen; three bedrooms with two king beds, one queen; 2.5 baths, large open living room and dining area, 3-season porch, and deck with hot tub overlooking back yard. STR Kittery Permit License #: ABNB-206 We welcome guests of all races, faiths, genders, and sexual orientations. This is our home and we invite guests to enjoy it when we can not. This is a very special property in a special place; private, exclusive Gerrish Island on the coast of Kittery Point, Maine. It has two acres of beautifully landscaped grounds in a wooded setting, and is a short walk (less than 1/2 mile) to a private neighborhood beach, Crescent Beach! We ask that all guests are respectful of our neighbors and community. This is a quiet neighborhood. Although you can not see the neighbors from our yard, they are just beyond the trees! Our home sleeps 6 people. (NO MORE) Perfect for a family or a group of friends. There is parking for 3 cars in the driveway. We will consider well behaved pets. ALL PETS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED by hosts. The back yard is fully fenced, a perfect set up for well behaved pets!

A wonderful home and location. We adore this place and would thoroughly recommend it if you are looking for a peaceful, rural Maine experience.
“Mainely” peaceful! WOW!! This place is immaculate, quiet and just all around lovely. We could not have selected a better place to stay for our week in Maine. The short walk to the quiet beach and the landscaped yard with sculptures and hot tub felt like we were at a private retreat.
We had a great time at Greg’s place. The area is beautiful with lots to do. Our favorite part was the the quick walk to a private quiet beach (best at low tide) and all the local restaurants. The house has everything you need and is very spacious - would definitely recommend staying here.
The house was welcoming, as if the hosts were there. Everything we needed was available. Ice in the freezer, plenty of dishes to make breakfast and more. We didn’t use the spa as we were busy visiting the area. The keys in the lock box made easy for everyone to leave and come back whenever needed. The AC was a bit noisy but very helpful for better sleep. We had to use the car to go the nice beaches, but the roads and the scenery were So enjoyable. Chairs and more were available in the garage to bring to the beach. We also enjoyed to road bike every morning, leaving directly from the house. My husband spent a great long week-end with our 2 young adults daughters and boyfriend. First time in Maine but not the last time.
Beautiful place and host very responsive. Definitely need a car. Guidebook was helpful for restaurants and things to do

Beaches (Crescent, Seapoint); State Parks (Fort Foster, Fort McClary) all within walking distance; hip, hot Kittery Foreside featuring great restaurants, bars and shops only 3 miles away; historic, charming Portsmouth, NH with even more restaurants, bars, shops only five miles away; the beach towns of York, Maine (3 miles away) and Ogunquit, Maine (10 miles away). The Kittery Outlets feature world-class shopping and are only 4 miles away. Boston is just over an hour south, and Portland, Maine is 45 minutes north on I-95.
Kittery Point is a great area for walking and biking, but a car is necessary for getting around. Taxi services are available but not always consistent. The Pease Tradeport/Transportation Center in Portsmouth features bus service to Boston and New York City.
