Great location, about 20 min to heart of Parma, no hills. Parking right next to apartment was a major advantage. There are about 20 steps up to apartment, which was only a but challenging with luggage. Fillips met us and carried them upstairs, tricky but doable at the end of stay. Apartment was large and clean but noisy as we had to leave the windows open in the unusual warm weather since AC was not usable yet. Great black out shades! Would definitely recommend this apartment to other travelers.

Appartamento confortevole, accogliente, spazi ampi e ottimo gusto di arredi. La casa si trova proprio sotto il parco Cittadella e a 10 minuti di camminata dal centro. Filippo è stato molto preciso nelle indicazioni e soprattutto molto celere nelle risposte. Apprezzatissima la bottiglia di vino gentilmente offerta. A presto 😄

We had a great stay at Filippo’s apartment in Parma. The apartment was clean, spacious (plenty of room for family of four), and well situated in the city. The check-in with Filippo’s father was seamless and the parking space located next to apartment was very easy to access with our SUV. We really enjoyed the pizza at Cittadella across the street, and Filippo’s wine store. Highly recommend for a stay in Parma!

L'appartement était conforme à l'annonce. Il était spacieux et lumineux, assez proche du centre historique de Parme (15 minutes à pied). Il y a plusieurs restaurants sympathiques juste à côté ainsi que des petites épiceries. L'endroit était assez calme pour un appartement en ville. La literie était confortable et avoir deux salles de bains était très pratique. La place de parc incluse est un gros plus. L'hôte était sympathique et réactif, et nous a donné plusieurs informations utiles pour notre arrivée.
