Great location and accomodation but would be hesitant to go back in winter until the owners install adequate heating! If you go in winter make sure you pack your woollies & hot water bottles!

Our group of 7 really enjoyed three nights at Alice's place. We had our boats and there was plenty of off street and on premises parking. The house is spacious and had a large rear deck which was perfect for a relaxed weekend of boating and bbq's. The beds were comfortable and everyone commented on how well they'd been sleeping! The kitchen was well equipped. We had our own butane burners and cooked breakfast outside on the deck in the sun. Fold out canopy on the deck was handy when a shower came through one evening. Just a short stroll down to the beach in one direction and shops in the other. Great location, spacious and relaxed place with everything you need. Thanks Alice!

Well equipped house in a great location. Fun layout and pleasant to be in. The beach is a 10 minute walk away through a beautiful reserve and the property has everything you need. Really enjoyed our time away here!

Alice's house is a lovely house! Such a nice place to be and so central to orford and so close to the beach, Alice's house has real character and lovely to stay at!
