First off, the view is SPECTACULAR. Every friend I brought over was in awe of the sheer beauty of the downtown view; the pictures really don't do it justice. Waking up to it every morning never got old. And that didn't even include the view from the bedroom, as you fall asleep to the view of the Hudson river and the Chelsea skyline. Not to mention watching thunderstorms from that high up too (and through the surrounding floor-to-ceiling windows)! Location-wise, it's perfect as well. It's basically right next to six separate stations, making it super convenient to return home on almost any line after a long day out. One may be concerned that the area is super touristy, but it's actually not! It's located just a few streets south from the busiest part of town, so you're still safe from the insane waves of people. You do have access to the roof (though most friends have agreed that the apartment's view is better) as well as the gym. The building is great, and the doormen are all super nice. And of course, Mike was super amazing helping me fit my schedule into his availability. I'm very thankful he went out of his way to ensure that I had the best start to the NYC chapter of my life! I will say, though, that the apartment itself is a little smaller than you think (that should be no surprise as this is New York, after all). The furniture and TV are placed a little oddly, but given the space constraints and pylon placement, not much could be done there. Still, I'd highly, highly recommend this place simply because of the opportunity to live in one of the most beautiful units in New York City. It's convenient, beautiful, and absolutely worth experiencing.

My wife and I really enjoyed Mike’s place for a full month. Amazing place! Exactly like the photos, beautifulviews of the Manhattan skyline. Clean building with loads of amenities included like rooftop lounge, gym etc, package deliveries. Mike is very professional and was very responsive to us all the time. When there was a small issue with the cable TV, he immediately rectified itby getting the cable company on the line and making sure its fixed. He would text us immediately when we had packages delivered. Overall a fantastic stay with a trust worthy host.

This place has amazing view and awesome location! Wish the bedroom be a bit darker in the morning but overall it’s great place and would definitely come back again! Thank you Mike for the great hospitality.
