Beautiful apt and patio. Walked to the bakery every morning around the corner for breakfast. Very close to the beach and shops.

Nice apartments in Nice city :) Cozy, like on photos. Balcony is amazing. Bedroom lights as well. Living and bathroom is spacious for couple or couple with a kid. No disadvantages spotted, to be honest, we liked everything about this home

Fabulous location within easy walking distance to all local amenities and tge seafront. A great place to stay for a couple. We visit family - room for us but not for hosting. Microwave, no oven, if you do like to cook. Otherwise everything you need.

We loved the central location of Marie Joe's apartment with all transit, restaurants and shops nearby. Everything inside was clean and worked perfectly. The location was quiet but right in the center near everything. Highly recommended.
