Had a really good stay at Katrina's. Its in a great spot just a couple of minutes walk from the chain ferry leading to the Isle of Purbeck with lots to explore. Katrina was really friendly and great with communication. Thanks for a really enjoyable break.

We had a great time here, it’s a good location, around the corner from beach access and also the ferry to Swanage. For a small family a good flat with everything you need for a short stay. And Katrina was very responsive and helpful before, during throughout. Thank you very much.

We enjoyed our first visit to Sandbanks for a few days during October half term. Katrina’s place is well located for the beach, ferries to Studland and Brownsea Island, and in a quiet residential area. It is good value for the neighbourhood.

Great spot in a quiet neighbourhood. The beach and the ferry across the harbour mouth are both minutes away on foot. Good idea to come prepared with fridge/breakfast basics, though there is an excellent breakfast cafe a short walk up the hill - next to swanky Rick Stein's! But no local shop. Comfy double bed; cosy bunk room; spacious living area with everything you need in the kitchen. Thought Katrina was away on hols, she answered enquiries swiftly and we had no problems with access or understanding entry instructions. Easy peasy! Thanks, Katrina :-)

Kind thoughtful responsive host, helpful and attentive. Did not regret booking this ground floor apartment with sunny wrap around balcony. A few minutes walk to the lovely soft sandy beach. Thank you Katrina
