Great place for family with kids. Very close to the beach and shops. Beautiful backyard, the small play area was our daughters’ favourite. It’s on the main road so can be quite noisy, but our girls need noise machine to sleep anyway so it wasn’t a problem for us. Beds and sofa are very comfortable. Hope to stay here again in the future 😊

The Blue Manor was perfect for our stay, and handy to the Busselton Golf Club where we were playing. The cosy atmosphere suited us all, with a lovely outdoor setting. The only downside was the noise of the traffic at night, however this was to be expected given the address. Thank you Tahlia, we all enjoyed our few days there.

The host was very friendly and gave clear instructions, but I was disappointed to find my duvet was stained, the sheets were old and a little threadbare, the iron and ironing board were cheap and very inefficient for 5 people who were all going to formal events and needed to do a lot of ironing, the floor was dirty and creaked everywhere we walked (very annoying in the middle of the night), and the bath was not secured to the floor (slightly disconcerting). Overall, the 5 of us paid about $50/night each, so I'm not sure if we should've expected that quality. I'll leave that for you to decide...
